ANDREW KULIK creates and manages exhibit databases, in addition to operating the in-court presentation software. His responsibilities include:
- Managing large volumes of electronic evidence
- Converting file formats into presentation formats
- Scanning exhibits
- Coordinating exhibit binder creation
- Exhibit stamping
- Audio/video deposition synchronizing and editing
- Courtroom design
- War room set up
Andrew is a preferred trial tech for the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. His notable cases include John Densmore (The Doors) v. Ray Manzarek (contract plaintiff, trial), Globefill (Dan Aykroyd) v. Elements Spirits (trademark defense, trial), Drake v. State of California (unsafe road defense, trial), Ron Burkle v. Beverly Hills Porsche (contract plaintiff, trial), Gary Wolf (creator of Roger Rabbit) v. Disney (contract plaintiff, trial), and Smith v. Allstate Insurance (insurance fraud defense, trial).
Andrew is the inventor of CaseBuilder Pro, a cloud-based exhibit management and file-sharing system. CaseBuilder Pro provides a central repository within a secure environment, with intuitive administrative controls for limiting user access.
Andrew was the bass guitarist in the San Diego-based band, South of Houston, in the early 2000s. They were an opening act for Zwan, a band formed by Billy Corgan after the Smashing Pumpkins disbanded in 2000.
